GHK-Cu dosing: 50mg vs 100mg vials

GHK-Cu is supplied in two vial sizes — 50mg and 100mg. Both are the same compound at the same purity standard; the only difference is how much peptide is in the vial before you reconstitute it. This guide covers what that actually means in practice and how to choose between them.

What the vial size does and doesn't change

Vial size is the total amount of lyophilised peptide in the vial — it is not a different concentration, strength or grade of GHK-Cu. Concentration only exists after reconstitution, and it's set entirely by how much diluent you add, not by the vial size itself. A 50mg vial and a 100mg vial reconstituted to the same final concentration simply give you a different total volume to work with.

Working out concentration

The relationship is straightforward: milligrams of peptide divided by millilitres of diluent added equals concentration. So a 50mg vial reconstituted with 5mL of bacteriostatic water gives 10mg/mL, while a 100mg vial reconstituted with the same 5mL gives 20mg/mL — same vial-to-diluent ratio question, just scaled. Which size to choose

• 50mg — the standard size, suited to shorter research protocols or where a lower total quantity is needed. It's also the size used in the Skin & Recovery Stack and the standard Beauty Stack.
• 100mg — double the peptide per vial, suited to longer protocols or higher cumulative research quantities without reordering as often. It's the size used in the Beauty Stack XL.

Cost per milligram is generally more favourable at 100mg, since a larger vial spreads the fixed costs of manufacturing and testing over more peptide — the same reason bulk pricing improves per-unit cost across every product we sell.

Storage and handling — identical for both

Both sizes are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder. Store at −20°C before reconstitution; once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within about four weeks.
