Orders
Orders are dispatched same or next business day from our Melbourne stock. Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST/AEDT on a business day are prioritised for same-day dispatch.
Because we hold stock in Australia, your order doesn't wait on an overseas shipment before it leaves us.
Your order is reserved but not confirmed until payment is received. Payment by PayID usually clears within minutes; bank transfer can take longer depending on your bank. Dispatch begins once payment lands.
Your confirmation email includes a Pay now link with your payment details and order reference, so you can complete payment in a couple of taps.
Free standard post on orders over $300 AUD. For orders below that, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — there are no surprise charges afterwards.
Every order ships in discreet, unmarked packaging with tracking provided. Nothing on the outside of the parcel identifies its contents.

If an item you've ordered is temporarily out of stock, we'll email you straight away and have it dispatched within about two weeks — or refund you if you'd rather not wait. The choice is yours, and we won't leave you guessing.
We ship Australia-wide. All items are supplied for laboratory research use only.
