Returns policy

Change of mind

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@nextgenpeps.com.au with your order reference and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
