When you place an order, we collect the information you provide directly: email address, and any details included in order or support correspondence. We do not collect payment card details, as payments are made directly via PayID or bank transfer to our own account.

How we use your information

• To process and dispatch your order
• To send order confirmations, receipts, and dispatch/tracking updates
• To respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form

How we store your information

Order details are transmitted via email at the time of purchase. We do not operate a customer database or retain payment records beyond what is required for order fulfilment and any applicable record-keeping obligations.

Third parties

We use third-party services to operate this site, including website hosting and transactional email delivery. These providers process data only as required to deliver their service to us, and are not authorised to use your information for any other purpose.

Our advertising and measurement partners, listed below, are a separate category: they may use the data they collect for their own purposes, including building advertising profiles. We do not control what they do with it once collected, and we want to be upfront about that rather than imply otherwise.

Analytics and advertising

We use the following tools on our website to understand how visitors find us and whether our advertising works:

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — records page views and purchases so we can measure the performance of our advertising.
• Google Ads tag (Google LLC) — records page views and purchases for the same purpose.

These tools set cookies and may collect your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view, and the actions you take on this site. That information is sent to Meta and Google, who may combine it with data they already hold about you and use it for their own advertising purposes. Both are based overseas, which means your information may be processed outside Australia.

You can limit this. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and both providers offer their own ad-settings controls. Blocking them will not affect your ability to browse or order from us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send your name, email address or shipping address to these advertising partners.
