The GLOW stack is a combination (blend) research peptide — a single lyophilised vial that holds three separately studied compounds in fixed proportions, rather than one. The "glow" name comes from the GHK-Cu component, the copper-binding peptide most associated with skin and collagen research. What is in the GLOW Blend

Each 70 mg vial contains, in approximate amounts:

  • GHK-Cu (~50 mg) — a copper-binding tripeptide (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine). Studied in skin-regeneration, collagen-synthesis and tissue-remodelling research. This is the "glow" in GLOW.
  • BPC-157 (~10 mg) — "Body Protection Compound 157", a synthetic peptide fragment. Studied in tissue-repair, tendon-healing and angiogenesis research.
  • TB-500 (~10 mg) — a Thymosin Beta-4 fragment. Studied in cell-migration, joint-mobility and muscle-recovery research.

Why a stack instead of separate vials?

Two practical reasons show up in the research context. First, convenience — one reconstitution instead of three. Second, consistency — a pre-measured stack keeps the ratio between the three peptides fixed across a study, rather than relying on mixing three vials separately each time. The trade-off is flexibility: with a blend you can't adjust one component independently, which is why some researchers still prefer single vials. GLOW vs KLOW

The two are closely related. GLOW is the three-peptide stack (GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500) at 70 mg. KLOW is the four-peptide version — the same three plus KPV — at 80 mg. In other words, KLOW is GLOW with the added anti-inflammatory and immune-signalling angle of KPV. Researchers focused on the skin and recovery strand tend to reach for GLOW; those who also want the KPV component choose KLOW.

Storage & handling

Supplied as a lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder. Because of the GHK-Cu content it carries a blue tint once mixed (from the bound copper) — a clear blue solution is expected.
