Beauty Stack explained: KPV + GHK-Cu together

The Beauty Stack pairs two of the most-referenced compounds in skin research — KPV and GHK-Cu — supplied together. It isn't a new molecule or a blend; it's two separately manufactured research peptides that cover skin research from two different angles. Here's what the stack actually is, why the pairing makes sense, and what you receive when you buy one.

What the Beauty Stack actually is

Two separately studied research peptides, supplied together:

• KPV (10 mg) — a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH, studied for anti-inflammatory activity and its interaction with skin-barrier pathways, independent of the pigmentation effects of its parent molecule.
• GHK-Cu (50 mg or 100 mg) — a copper tripeptide that anchors the collagen, elastin and extracellular-matrix research literature.

As with any NextGen stack, this is not a single mixed vial. You receive a labelled KPV vial and a labelled GHK-Cu vial, each with its own batch number and Certificate of Analysis, and each reconstituted on its own. Blends that combine several compounds into one vial, like GLOW or KLOW, are a different product type with different trade-offs.

Why researchers pair them

The pairing works because KPV and GHK-Cu sit on different sides of the same skin-research picture. KPV's anti-inflammatory activity puts it in the inflammation-and-barrier strand of the literature. GHK-Cu sits on the remodelling side — collagen synthesis, elastin and wound-related gene expression. The standard Beauty Stack pairs KPV 10mg with GHK-Cu 50mg. The Beauty Stack XL uses the same KPV 10mg vial but pairs it with GHK-Cu 100mg instead — same pairing, higher GHK-Cu dose per stack, for researchers who want more GHK-Cu per protocol. Buying the stack is otherwise just buying the two vials together at a slightly lower combined price than the two bought separately.

Handling and storage

Both vials arrive as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder. Store at −20°C, reconstitute each vial separately with bacteriostatic water, then refrigerate and keep out of light.
