"Stack" is one of the most-used words in research-peptide circles and one of the least explained. It sounds technical; it isn't. A stack is simply two or more single-compound peptides supplied and used alongside each other, each in its own vial. This guide covers what that means in practice, how a stack differs from a blend, the pairings that turn up together most often in the literature, and the boring-but-important bits — per-vial CoAs, separate reconstitution, storage. Stack vs blend — the one distinction that matters
A stack keeps every compound separate: two vials, two batch numbers, two Certificates of Analysis, two reconstitutions. The Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500) is the textbook example. A blend puts several compounds into one vial in fixed proportions — KLOW and GLOW are blends. The trade-off is control versus convenience: with a stack you can vary each compound's quantity independently and read each vial's own lab result; with a blend you get one reconstitution and a ratio that never drifts, but you can't adjust a single component. Why researchers stack at all
Because research areas overlap without duplicating. Two compounds that sit in different but adjacent parts of a field give a researcher two complementary angles on the same question, rather than two versions of one angle. That's the whole logic — and it's why the same handful of pairings keep recurring in the literature rather than random combinations.
The pairings most often studied together
These are the combinations that appear side by side most frequently in published research. They describe fields of scientific study — they are not claims about effects in humans, and nothing here is guidance for use.
- BPC-157 + TB-500 — the "Wolverine Stack". BPC-157 anchors local tissue-repair models (tendon, ligament, gut lining); TB-500 sits in the cell-migration and angiogenesis strand. Sold together as the Wolverine Stack.
- BPC-157 + KPV — both appear in gut-lining and inflammation research from different directions: BPC-157 from tissue repair, KPV from immune-signalling (it's an α-MSH fragment).

The practical side
Check every vial's CoA, not just one. A stack is only as documented as its weakest vial. Each compound should come from an independently tested batch with its own Certificate of Analysis — ours are in the CoA Library. Reconstitute separately.
